Paying your bill online is as easy as ever using your checking, savings, or credit card account, including expanded payment options like American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. And no more convenience fees!

Payments received BEFORE 4:30 pm will be given same-day credit to the water account.
Payments received AFTER 4:30 pm will be processed the following business day.
If your account is locked due to non-payment of a past-due bill, we will restore service within 36 hours after payment is posted, which could be the next business day. Service will only be restored during business hours.
Payment Policies
- Your payment is late if not paid in full by the due date on your bill.
- Accounts not paid by the due date are subject to a penalty of 10% of the bill.
- Accounts not paid by the disconnect date on your bill are subject to disconnection.
- A non-refundable $25.00 fee is required to reconnect service after it has been disconnected for non-payment.
- Any payments returned unpaid are subject to a non-refundable $25.00 returned payment fee.
- We do not mail your bill from our office. If you have a new billing address, the post office will not forward your water bill. If your billing address has changed, contact our office or send a completed Account Status Change Form to update your account.

Pay By Cash/Debit Card
Partnering with Western Union, customers can now make their utility bill payments at any Western Union payment location, including

- Walmart
- Walgreens
- Brookshire Bros

When making a payment, please bring your utility bill. While Western Union only requires the name of the company you are paying, your account number, and the amount you are paying, some Western Union agents may require your ID and other information to make a payment.
Our company is listed as "The Texas Water Company" at Western Union locations.
Pay By Mail
Payments should be mailed to the address below. If you mail your payment to the business office, you will experience a delay in proper payment processing and may be subject to a late fee.

Use these tips for a smooth payment process:
- Include the remittance coupon (payments without a coupon may experience delayed payment processing)
- Do not mail cash
- Make checks payable to "The Texas Water Company."
- Do not staple or tape your check to the payment coupon
- Write your account number on the check
Payment Dropbox
You may drop off payments in our drop box at our business office at
1399 Sattler Rd in Canyon Lake, TX.
Payment made via dropbox will be posted the following business day.

Your bill is not mailed from our business office. The post office will not forward your water bill if you have a new billing address. If your billing address has changed, please get in touch with our office or send a completed Account Status Change Form to update your account.

Billing Cycles
Texas Water determines your cycle by your service location. The technicians and contracted meter readers read meters monthly.
Customers cannot request a specific billing cycle.
Billing Cycle 1
- Meters are read around the 15th day of each month.
- Bills are mailed on the last working day of the month.
- Payment is due on the 15th of the month.
- Customers are eligible for service disconnection if payment is not received ten days after the due date.
Billing Cycle 2
- Meters are read around the 5th day of each month.
- Bills are mailed on or about the 15th of the month.
- Payment is due on the 30th, with variances occurring for months less than 30 days.
- Customers are eligible for service disconnection if payment is not received ten days after the due date.
If your due date falls on a weekend or Holiday, your bill will be due the following business day.
