One of the most common questions we receive from customers is how to identify their Public Water System (PWS), locate their PWSID, or determine which neighborhoods are served by a specific system. To make finding this information easier, Texas Water Company has launched a new online resource: Find My Water System.

We are proud to share an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to safe, reliable service: on May 7, 2026, our Texas Water team marked one full year without an OSHA recordable incident. This achievement reflects the care, discipline, and accountability our employees bring to their work every day, and it reinforces the standards our customers expect from us.

What is “One Water”? One Water is a transformative mindset that believes all water has value. This approach strengthens the resiliency of our water supply by managing all water holistically – ground water, storm water, surface water, reclaim water, and more.

The Park Shores Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Filter Replacement Project is well underway, marking a significant step toward improving water quality and reliability for our customers. This project began in September 2025 and represents the second phase of a three-part upgrade to the plant’s filtration system.
