Andrew F. Walters
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Walters is the chief executive officer of H2O America (NASDAQ:HTO). He has over 26 years of experience in leadership, finance, banking, private equity, operations, and strategy roles. Before being named CEO, Walters served as the company’s chief financial officer and treasurer for 3 years.
Andrew first joined H2O America in 2015 to oversee human resources, information technology, business development and strategy. He also assisted with the management of regional operations and investor relations. In that role, Andrew developed the strategy and led the company’s announcement to purchase Connecticut Water Service Inc. (NASDAQ: CTWS) in a $1.1 billion transaction in 2019.
Prior to H2O America, Andrew served as a Managing Director at both JP Morgan in private equity infrastructure investing and Citigroup in investment banking. At Citigroup, he held leadership roles in Asia and the U.S., managing infrastructure and transportation investment banking teams across Asia Pacific and the Americas. His experience spans multiple industries and geographies, including Europe, Asia, and the Americas. During his career, he has executed over $50 billion in transactions through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, equity offerings, IPOs, private equity fundraising and debt offerings. Andrew has broad depth of experience in driving companies to best leverage technology, data, information, and cloud technologies while keeping risk areas around cyber-security and disaster recovery at the forefront. The strong foundation in finance has served him well in providing advice to management teams and boards of directors to improve operations and successfully accomplish transformative transactions that propel companies’ growth and competitive position.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Business Management and Operations from Colorado State University.
Bruce A. Hauk
President and Chief Operating Officer
Bruce A. Hauk currently serves as president and chief operating officer for H2O America (NASDAQ:HTO). He served as chief corporate development & strategy officer upon joining H2O America in August 2022. Bruce has led teams and driven results at both the state and national levels in all areas of water utilities, including regulatory, customer service and operations. Prior to joining H2O America, Bruce was president of NextEra Water and served in many leadership roles at American Water, including deputy chief operating officer. His operations there spanned over 3.4 million customers, a capital budget of $1.9 billion, and over 5,000 employees.
Bruce is a director of the National Utilities Diversity Council and was the recipient of the 2019 Inclusion & Diversity Award presented by the National Black Chamber of Commerce. He has a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and life sciences from Indiana State University, a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University, and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a licensed operator in water and wastewater treatment.
Aundrea Williams
President, Texas Water
Aundrea has served as president of Texas Water since August 2023. Before joining Texas Water, she held various positions at NextEra Energy Resources, a publicly traded company on the NYSE. At NextEra, she was the executive director of regulatory and legislative affairs. Additionally, she was the president of NextEra Water Texas, NextEra Energy Transmission (NEET) Midwest, Lone Star Transmission, and NEET Southwest. Before her tenure at NextEra, Aundrea worked at NRG for several years as vice president of regulatory and legislative strategy and policy.
Willie Brown
Vice President and General Counsel
Willie Brown is the vice president and general counsel of H2O America (NASDAQ:HTO). Willie served as corporate secretary of H2O America and SJW from January 2020 to October 2023. He served as assistant general counsel of H2O America and SJW from January 2020 to June 2021. From April 2018 to October 2023, Willie served as counsel and corporate secretary of various subsidiaries of the corporation. Since joining SJW in 2008, Willie has held various legal positions of increasing scope and responsibly. Prior to joining SJW, Willie was an associate at two Silicon Valley law firms and is a member of the State Bar of California.
