The Park Shores Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Filter Replacement Project is well underway, marking a significant step toward improving water quality and reliability for our customers. This project began in September 2025 and represents the second phase of a three-part upgrade to the plant’s filtration system.

We want to start by thanking you for your feedback. We have taken a moment to listen to your concerns and share your commitment to water quality. We are dedicated to addressing the recent water discoloration issue and ensuring the highest standards of water quality. While the appearance of the water may be unsettling, we want to emphasize that the water remains safe to drink and meets all primary health-related standards set by the EPA and TCEQ.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the water and wastewater utility industry, Raisor brings extensive expertise in operational planning, environmental quality, and business process improvement – critical skills as TWC continues to focus on service to customers and increase its reliability and resiliency by infrastructure investments in its service areas.

Due to Texas experiencing prolonged severe drought alongside rapid population growth, Texas Water Company has taken careful consideration regarding water service to its existing customers while strategically planning for future growth. The company is taking proactive steps to ensure long-term sustainability and regulatory compliance, even as current conditions necessitate a temporary pause on new service commitments.
