Celebrating a Major Safety Milestone

Our progress has been steady and intentional. From 2024 to 2025, we reduced OSHA recordable incidents from five to two, a 60% improvement. Over the past year, we continued to strengthen that momentum through daily tailgate talks, safety moments at the start of meetings, and hands-on training designed to keep safe work practices front and center.

TWC made targeted investments in safety training, communication, tools, equipment, and vehicle improvements. These efforts include introducing tools and technology that help reduce strain and improve ergonomics, as well as vehicle modifications designed with field input to support safer daily operations. We have also reinforced speed awareness and safe driving habits to help protect our employees and the communities we serve.

A strong safety culture depends on shared ownership. Our safety committee and teams across the organization have helped create an environment where employees are encouraged to speak up, raise concerns, and use stop-work authority when needed. That open communication helps us identify risks early, support one another, and maintain the high standards that our customers and communities deserve.

For our customers, safety is about more than internal performance metrics. It is a direct reflection of how we plan work, care for our people, and deliver dependable service. This milestone demonstrates the discipline and consistency behind our operations, and we are grateful to every employee and partner who helped make it possible.
