System Improvement Charge Notice

Since January 2020, we have committed over $50 million to significant system improvements, ensuring we continue to meet your water needs. These ongoing upgrades are essential to maintaining reliable service for our customers. To recover the costs of these upgrades, we have filed with the Texas Public Utility Commission (PUC), and if approved, new charges will take effect in early 2025.
