Our system monitors your usage patterns. Alerts (like leak notifications) are sent based on thresholds we set, using the contact info you provide.
I got a leak notice but canāt find one. Now what?
The system flags unusual usage, which could result from:

- Increased irrigation
The alert includes a link to step-by-step leak detection instructions.
Why does my water usage look high when I wasnāt home?
This could be due to an automatic irrigation system or a slow leak occurring while you were away.
Why is my bill higher than expected?
Your usage data can help explain this. The portal includes a High Bill Explainer that breaks down usage patterns (e.g., showers, laundry, outdoor watering).
