New Service Fees

Customer Deposit A deposit will be returned to the account in 18 months if there are no penalties or when the account is closed. The deposit can be waived with a Letter of Credit from a utility company in which the applicant has had no less than 12 months of service, showing no penalties, late fees, or NSF checks. |

Reconnection Fee The reconnect fee must be paid before service can be restored to a customer who has been disconnected for the following reasons:
